Iron Decontamination
Beyond a standard clay bar, an iron remover chemically dissolves bonded brake dust and rail dust that clay alone leaves behind — giving polish a genuinely clean surface to work on.
Reviving the Original Look
Winter dulls paint gradually — UV, grime and light swirling build up until the gloss just looks flat. The machine polish stage is what brings back the depth and clarity your paint had when it was new.
Montan Wax Protection
Once the paint is corrected, a Montan wax seals the finish — strong hydrophobic water beading and UV protection for approximately 3 months, making every wash after this noticeably easier.

Decontamination
A full foam pre-wash lifts loose dirt, then clay bar and iron decontamination strip out bonded brake dust, rail dust and industrial fallout that a normal wash leaves behind.

Machine Polish
Once the surface is genuinely clean, a machine polish gets to work reviving the paint's original clarity — lifting fine swirls, light oxidation and the dullness that builds up over a Johannesburg winter.

Montan Wax Protection
A Montan wax is applied to seal in the finish — giving you tight water beading and UV protection for approximately 3 months of easier washing and a deeper shine.

Final Inspection
Wheels, tyres, trim and glass finished, and the vehicle inspected in good light before we hand it back — looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

What does "restored to dealership condition" actually mean?+
It means we take the paint back through the same disciplined process a dealership prep team would use before a car goes on the showroom floor: full decontamination to strip out everything a normal wash can't remove, then a machine polish to revive clarity and gloss, finished with protection. It's not a marketing phrase — it's the process itself.
What is clay bar and iron decontamination, and why does it matter?+
Clay bar decontamination physically lifts bonded contamination — tar, sap, general grime — that sits on top of the clear coat after a wash. Iron decontamination is a chemical step that dissolves embedded iron particles (brake dust, rail dust) that clay alone can't fully shift. Skipping this stage means polishing over contamination instead of a genuinely clean surface — the difference between a good result and a great one.
What is Montan wax and how long does the protection last?+
Montan wax is a natural, high-melting-point wax that seals the paint after polishing. It gives strong hydrophobic water beading and UV resistance, and typically performs for around 3 months of normal use before it needs reapplying. It's a maintenance-grade protection, not a multi-year ceramic system — ideal for a seasonal refresh.
Is this the same as your Paint Enhancement service?+
It's built on the same foundation — wash, clay, polish and protection — with the Spring Special adding a full iron decontamination pass and a dedicated wheel deep clean at a limited-time price. Once the Spring Special period ends, this scope reverts to our standard Full Paint Correction & Protection pricing.
How long does the appointment take?+
Typically 3–5 hours depending on vehicle size and paint condition. We'll confirm a time window when you book on WhatsApp.
Do you come to my home or office?+
Yes — this is a fully mobile service across Johannesburg, Sandton, Bryanston, Fourways and surrounding areas. We just need access to water and a power point near the vehicle.
